"Understanding Our Terms: Your Guide to the Agreement"
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and SummaVerse ("Company") for the use of SummaVerse's web-based document summarization application (the "Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, SummaVerse grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application solely for the purpose of generating summaries from documents that you upload.
You may not:
SummaVerse may collect and use information as described in its Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by SummaVerse and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Application without Company's written permission.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall SummaVerse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use of the Application.
SummaVerse may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and destroy all copies of it in your possession.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and SummaVerse concerning the Application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.
